Day 1 : KAZIRANGA
After arrival at Guwahati airport drive to Kaziranga (230 km/ 4.5 hr journey) in between lunch at Diphalu River Lodge. Afternoon jeep Safari at Western range of Kaziranga at 2pm. After jeep safari drive to resort for check inn. Evening drinks will be served with snacks followed by a small cultural show including Bihu dance then after dinner overnight stay at resort.
Day 2 : KAZIRANGA
Early morning at 5.30am drive to Central range (Kohora) for Elephant safari. After safari back to resort for breakfast. At 10am drive to Agoratoli (Eastern range of Kaziranga) for jeep safari at 11am. After jeep safari lunch at Agoratoli resort. After lunch back to resort and at evening snacks and drinks will be served. After drinks overnight dinner and stay at resort.
Day 3 : KAZIRANG – GUWAHATI
Early morning after breakfast check out from resort and visit tea garden. After tea garden visit drive to Guwahati (230 km/ 4.5 hr journey) in between lunch at Brahmaputra Jungle Resort. After lunch drive to Alfresco Grand for evening river cruise at Brahmaputra resort where drinks and snacks will be served. After cruise transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight stay at Guwahati.
Day 4 : GUWAHATI – SHILONG
Early morning after breakfast check out from hotel, then visit Kamakhya Temple. After temple visit, drive to Shillong (110km/ 3 hr journey) and hotel check inn. After lunch evening Shillong local sight seeing. After sight seeing back to hotel and overnight dinner and stay at hotel.
Day 5 : SHILLONG
After breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee (60 kms 1and 1/2 hr), the wettest place in the world. The beautiful waterfall-Noh-ka-likai is at Cherrapunjee you can also explore some of the caves in and around Cherrapunjee. Return to Shillong, en-route visit Elephant falls and Shillong peak for some breathtaking views. Stay overnight at your hotel in Shillong.
Day 6 : MAWLYNNONG
After breakfast go for visit – Mawlynnong: Mawlynnong village, situated 90 kms ahead of Shillong, on the Shillong-Dawki Road, 30 kms from Pynursla, is a village of 75 households with a population of 400. A idyllic location, this village epitomizes a standard which all other villages need to aspire to be. Dubbed the cleanest village in India by Discover India Magazine. Paved walkways and beautiful flowerbed all along mark the village, with waterfalls, a living root bridge, hilly rivulets, acacia plantation and an excellent view of the faraway plains of Bangladesh all contribute to the ambience of this village.
Day 7 : BACK TO HOME
Early morning after breakfast drive to Guwahati airport for respective flights and tour ends.
